Lee Wetherington Homes will be building custom homes on the 85-foot homesites, offering its Solstice II, Nautica II, Barquentine, Mainstay II, Spinnaker and Turnberry floorplans. The home builder will also unveil its new Hemingway floorplan in this community, a Key West-inspired home with 4,075 square feet of living space.
