NEW YORK - s4story -- Some people watch the movie. Others know every line by heart. For those fans, Line for Line was made.
Now available, Line for Line is a new movie quote party game celebrating the unforgettable lines, scenes, and characters that have become part of Black culture. Designed for game nights, family gatherings, girls' nights, and get-togethers with friends, the game invites players to pull a movie card, deliver their favorite quote, act it out if they're feeling bold, and compete to win the round.
More than a trivia game, Line for Line is built around performance, personality and pure nostalgia. It's not about getting the answer right. It's about delivering the line with confidence, creativity and just the right amount of flair. Every round becomes a celebration of the movies people already love and the memories they've shared, quoting them for years.

Created by Gena Pemberton, founder of iamGenaP Enterprises Inc., Line for Line reflects her passion for bringing people together through shared experiences. To bring the game to life, Pemberton partnered with Black Digital Group, where Mike Utaegbulam led the game's go-to-market strategy and Annie-Dina Theodore developed its vibrant branding and visual identity.
For Pemberton, the inspiration behind Line for Line was deeply personal. "Game nights have always been part of my life. I grew up playing games with my family, and as an adult, I love bringing friends together for a game night. But I realized there wasn't a game that celebrated something so many of us have in common: quoting our favorite Black movies line for line. I tested the idea during a game night with friends, and the laughter, friendly competition, and pure joy in the room told me I was onto something. That's when I knew I had to create Line for Line. My hope is that every game brings people together to laugh, reminisce, and make new memories around the movies we all love," said Gena Pemberton, founder of iamGenaP Enterprises Inc. and creator of Line for Line.
