Litchfield Cavo Expands California Presence with New Irvine Office

CHICAGO - s4story -- Litchfield Cavo LLP, a premier coverage and litigation defense law firm, is pleased to share it has expanded its California footprint with the opening of a second office in the state, located in Irvine. The new office is staffed by a team of five, further strengthening the Firm's capabilities in the Golden State and enhancing the high-level advocacy provided to clients conducting business in the state and beyond. The Firm's Pasadena office will continue serving clients throughout California as part of this expanded presence.
The Orange County office brings Litchfield Cavo's total to 24 offices nationwide and will be led by Michelle M. McCliman. Michelle represents clients in employment law, intellectual property, business torts and general business disputes, including high-exposure litigation involving HOA and landlord/tenant matters, toxic torts and personal injury claims.
Joining Michelle are Kere K. Tickner, who handles complex civil litigation with a focus on employment matters, business disputes and construction defect claims, and advises clients on community association law, property management, habitability issues and motor vehicle accidents, and Kathryn C. Marshall, who represents governmental entities and private businesses in matters involving environmental issues, employment conflicts, contractual disputes and property matters, including HOA and landlord/tenant disputes. The office is supported by two paraprofessionals.
