LONG BEACH, Calif. - s4story -- Long Beach Central Area Association (LBCAA), an arts and education non-profit devoted to promoting diversity and human dignity, is proud to announce its sponsorship of the 38th annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Day Parade And Celebration, the community's beloved event that has honored Dr. King's legacy for more than 37 years.
