Cult-favorite burnt Basque cheesecakes and tiramisus in Southeast Asian-inspired flavors now available for delivery beyond Southern California
LOS ANGELES - s4story -- Rollies Pastries, the Los Angeles bakery known for its creative burnt Basque cheesecakes and tiramisus, announced today that it is now shipping its signature 4-inch cakes to customers across California, Nevada, and Arizona.
Previously available only at the bakery's two Los Angeles-area locations and at farmers markets, night markets, and festivals across Southern California, Rollies' desserts can now be ordered online and delivered straight to doorsteps in three states.
Rollies has built a loyal following for its inventive take on the burnt Basque cheesecake, offering flavors inspired by Southeast Asia including ube & pandan, Thai tea, mango, yuzu + lavender, kumquat + passion fruit, and matcha strawberry mocha — alongside classics like dulce de leche and Earl Grey. The bakery also crafts tiramisus, including its popular pastillas de leche version.

The bakery caters to a wide range of dietary needs with dedicated gluten-free, sugar-free (sweetened with monk fruit), and vegan lines — including vegan burnt Basque cheesecakes in flavors like Matcha Strawberry + Mocha.
"We started slinging cheesecakes at local markets, and you all wouldn't stop asking us to ship," said Andrew J. Yang, founder of Rollies Pastries. "Fine — you win. California, Nevada, Arizona, get ready."
Rollies Pastries operates locations in North Hollywood and Downey, California, and appears regularly at the 101 Night Market in Van Nuys, local farmers markets, and food festivals across the Los Angeles area.
Customers in California, Nevada, and Arizona can now order at www.rolliespastries.com.
