GILBERT, Ariz. - s4story -- Senior living owner/operator MBK Senior Living is now the operator of record for Savanna House, a 116-unit assisted living and memory care community in Gilbert, Arizona. The Irvine, California-based company operates 33 communities throughout the Western United States, including three others in the Valley.

Colorado-based ServiceStar Capital Management is the owner of Savanna House. According to Jeff Fischer, president of MBK Senior Living, MBK's tenured background in operational excellence, strong reputation of service, and authentic Yoi Shigoto ("the good work") culture drove ServiceStar's decision to select them as the community's operator.

Savanna House offers seniors studio, one- and two-bedroom assisted living apartments, as well as private and semi-private memory care suites.
