NEW YORK - s4story -- The Editorial Freelancers Association will be at the Writer's Digest Annual Conference July 28 – 31 in New York City. Back after a two-year hiatus, the conference will be held at the Hilton New York Midtown, across from MOMA and a few blocks from Radio City Music Hall and Central Park.

The Writer's Digest Conference is presented by Writer's Digest, which has been a leading publisher of writing craft, industry, and publishing information for more than 100 years. The conference features speakers, exhibits, a pitch slam, and classes covering a range of business and craft issues. Two pre-conference workshops are being offered: "Mastering Suspense, Structure, and Plot" and "Building a Sustainable Writing Career."

Founded in 1970, the Editorial Freelancers Association is a national nonprofit professional organization with approximately 3,000 members, including writers, editors, copy editors, proofreaders, indexers, translators and others who work in publishing, communications and related fields.
