COLD SPRING, N.Y. - s4story -- Hold My Hand, is co-authored by Latvian-American-mother-daughter duo Sandra Slokenbergs and Lidija Slokenbergs. In this book they share their harrowing journey with Anorexia, which spans two continents and is written from two perspectives (the victim's & caregiver's). Hold My Hand was launched at Ascend Center and Collective, 75 Main St, Cold Spring, NY on May 12 @ 7:00 p.m.  May is mental health awareness month.  In collaboration with The Philipstown Behavioral Club, Cold Spring,  NY, The Hub hosted a "Book Reading and Conversation" with the authors event on May 27, 2025 at 6:30 p.m..
