ANDERSON, S.C. - s4story -- October will mark National Lockout Month, an industry-wide push to remind homeowners and renters to check their locks and key situation before problems come up. This year it arrives just as the fall leasing rush across Anderson and Greenville winds down, a stretch that included two of the busiest moving dates of the year, Sept. 1 and Sept. 30, as students and families settled into new homes for the school year.
