New Collection of Oil Paintings Unveiled at Brown County Open House

Charlene Marsh Studio and Gallery is launching new artworks, Spirit of Compassion, by Charlene Marsh, featuring gentle, peaceful cows. This new collection relfects, in paint, her compassion for both animals and people.
BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - s4story -- A new exhibition of oil paintings will be unveiled at the Charlene Marsh Studio and Gallery Memorial Weekend Open House.
Attendees will have the opportunity to acquire one-of-a-kind, oil paintings from the new collection, "Spirit of Compassion", featuring gentle, peaceful cows in the pasture. This new collection captures the calm energy of the cows in the field and brings that energy into our living spaces.
The artist photographed cows in the field in nearby Bean Blossom last spring and winter. She then transformed the images into one-of-a-kind, original, oil paintings.
A carefully curated selection of notable, original, plein air and studio, forest paintings will also be on exhibit. There will be a few, limited edition, fine art prints and notecards.
Select, rare, original, hand dyed wool tapestries, will be available. The artist is no longer creating the tapestries so no more will ever be made.

The artist will have a limited quantity of yoga mats based on the sacred geometry, tapestry designs available during the open house.
Visitors can tour the grounds and visit organic, flower and vegetable gardens. Bask in the transformational power of the healing forest that surrounds the studio and gallery. Let nature, art, and the forest wrap you in beauty, peace, calm, and joy.
Take a peek into the world where the artist takes inspiration for creating the artworks.
Drinks and vegetarian, plant based, alpha-gal safe, refreshments will be provided to guests.
All works are available for purchase during the 4 day, open house, holiday weekend (cash, checks, & credit cards accepted).
