ORLANDO, Fla. - s4story -- Orlando, Fla. – A new statewide nonprofit organization, Influential Executive Women (IEW), has officially launched in Florida with a mission to elevate, connect, and celebrate women leaders shaping the future of business, healthcare, technology, innovation, and community impact.

IEW was created to support high-caliber women leaders through an intentional leadership community focused on influence, collaboration, and well-being. The organization launched alongside a Founding Board of Directors composed of accomplished leaders from across Florida committed to advancing the next generation of women in leadership. The Board has appointed Lindse Murphy, a multifaceted leader and entrepreneur, as CEO.

Inspired by the many women who have lifted others throughout their careers, IEW is built on the belief that leadership thrives in trusted peer communities. At its core, the organization honors what Murphy calls "the lifters"—women who mentor, advocate for, and open doors for others.

Designed for established executives, founders, innovators, and change-makers, IEW moves beyond traditional networking by fostering meaningful connection, idea exchange, and collaboration around the evolving demands of leadership.

Early invitation-only convenings have already brought together executive leaders from healthcare, finance, technology, entrepreneurship, academia, and philanthropy to engage in conversations focused on leadership and influence.

IEW will host leadership initiatives and gatherings across Florida, convening women leaders from corporations, entrepreneurial ventures, nonprofit organizations, and academic institutions.
