S For Story/10698916
Milestone event recognizes employee achievements as the company enters its next chapter of growth.
CHARLOTTE, N.C. - s4story -- NVM Pet Inc. recently celebrated a decade of growth with a company-wide anniversary event honoring the employees whose dedication has helped shape the business into one of the pet industry's leading manufacturers of premium pet comfort products.
Held at the U.S. National Whitewater Center in Charlotte, the celebration brought together employees and their families to recognize years of service, leadership, and the company's continued investment in its people.
Four employees were honored for 10 years of service: Meredith Riley, Director of Administration; Steven Hood, Senior Vice President; Martha Patino, Product Manager; and Kevin Barker, eCommerce Manager. Spencer Hoops, Manufacturing Manager, and Robert Scott, Shipping and Receiving Associate, were recognized for seven years of service.
The company also presented its inaugural Pioneer Award to Steven Hood, recognizing his role in helping build NVM Pet from its earliest days and his lasting impact on the company's manufacturing operations and culture.

The celebration comes during an exciting period of momentum for NVM Pet. Earlier this month, the company announced its executive leadership transition, with President Phil Souza set to retire later this year following five years of leadership. The announcement also included the promotion of Sean Icenhour to President, Steven Hood to Senior Vice President, and Courtney Dinsing to Vice President of Product Development, reinforcing the company's commitment to leadership continuity and long-term growth.
Today, NVM Pet manufactures premium pet products from its 240,000-square-foot Charlotte facility, serving many of North America's leading retailers, including TJ Maxx, HomeGoods, Marshalls, Sierra, Chewy, Amazon, Wayfair, and others. The company produces licensed collections for trusted consumer brands including Serta, Beautyrest, Jeep®, and more, alongside its growing portfolio of owned brands.

"Over the past decade, we've invested in more than manufacturing—we've invested in people," said Phil Souza, President of NVM Pet. "Watching this team grow alongside our Charlotte operation has been one of the most rewarding parts of my career. Their commitment to excellence is what defines NVM Pet and will continue to drive our success."
Beyond manufacturing, NVM Pet continues to support animal welfare organizations throughout the Charlotte region through ongoing product donations, including a recent donation of more than 150 pet beds to Charlotte-Mecklenburg Animal Care & Control. The company regularly partners with shelters and rescue organizations to help pets in need find greater comfort while awaiting adoption.
As NVM Pet looks toward its next decade, the company's focus remains unchanged: investing in its people, strengthening American manufacturing, and delivering innovative pet products that combine comfort, quality, and trusted brand partnerships.
