Organized Crime is not just the Mafia…Best Selling author writes "for the Victims"!
S For Story/10647581
"Author of over 68 books reveals this horrendous crime based on a true story. If it could happen to them it could happen to you. Read all about it."
MILLSBORO, Del. - s4story -- Best Selling author Roger Grubbs writes a chilling story of organized crime that destroyed the lives of a family of four. While most people assume organized crime is only associated with the Mafia, Mr. Grubbs reveals another side of the story.
Beginning in 1993, criminal activity was reported to postal inspectors which was their first mistake. Before long a postal inspector or someone impersonating a postal inspector took charge of the investigation.
The crime became extremely dangerous, and the local police department said there was a lot of money behind this crime and all they could do was to try to keep them from hurting his family. The children were harassed at school, and the youngest was threatened by a young man she didn't even know. Another student came to her rescue. He told her this boy was bad news and to report this incident to the principal who just laughed it off. The Good Samaritan was later attacked with a knife by the young man and almost died. The whole class witnessed this horrific incident.

Before long the main character in the book realized this crime was well entrenched. From that it was determined this was organized crime, and nobody seemed to be able to stop it. The stonewalling continued even after filing complaints with every law enforcement agency in the country. Finally, the Justice Department was provided with enough evidence to send the guilty to prison.
After receiving two separate letters from the Justice Department that they would bring the guilty to justice, the criminal activity never stopped.
It soon became evident that powerful companies, with ties on the inside of every organization needed to cover up this criminal activity, was well entrenched. This placed a new meaning to the term 'organized crime'.
While this family of four managed to stay alive, not so for their private investigator who suffered a suspicious death. Having discovered from blood test that they were ingesting DDT, this family determined it was time to leave this small city in Alabama in search of a safer environment.

While Mr. Grubbs admits this is not one of his best works from a literary standpoint, it was purposefully written as a documentary to show how organized crime is carried on by powerful company executives with plenty of money to use as bribes.
