PhantomByte Launches Email Deliverability Rescue to Fix Broken Email Authentication
S For Story/10704925
New engineering service finds the misconfigured SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records that send business email to spam, then fixes them in 24 hours. A free domain checker shows the problems first, with no signup required.
RONKONKOMA, N.Y. - s4story -- PhantomByte has launched Email Deliverability Rescue, a service that finds and fixes the broken email authentication records that keep business email out of customer inboxes. The service targets a common and silent problem: missing or misconfigured SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records that cause invoices, quotes, and estimates to land in spam or get rejected outright by Gmail and Microsoft.
Four DNS records decide whether business email reaches an inbox, a junk folder, or the bin. Since Gmail and Microsoft began rejecting unauthenticated mail outright, a missing or misaligned record no longer means "filtered to spam." It means the mail is refused at the gateway and never arrives. Most small businesses have at least two of the four records wrong, and nobody told them, because the mail still "sends" either way.
Email Deliverability Rescue starts with a free domain checker that reads public DNS right in the browser, with no signup and no email address required, and reports each record as a confirmed problem, needs attention, configured, or unable to determine. The full fix is a $500 flat fee for one domain: a complete scan of MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, alignment, and every sending platform detectable from the outside; the records written correctly, applied directly with DNS access or delivered as a copy-paste sheet; a one-page before and after report; verification with live DNS and a mail test; and a recorded walkthrough. Findings arrive within 24 hours of the domain being checked, and the whole process runs by email. No phone calls. Optional monitoring afterward is $250 per month.

"Silence from a filtered invoice sounds exactly like being ignored," said Vinny Barreca, founder of PhantomByte. "Most businesses assume a quote with no reply was a no. Often it never arrived at all. The records take about ninety minutes to fix once you know what is wrong, and the fix happens once."
The service is built for B2B shops and lead generation agencies where inbox placement is the product, newsletter and course operators emailing a real list each week, local businesses sending invoices, quotes, and estimates from their own domain, and SaaS teams whose password resets and receipts are quietly refused at the gateway.
