S For Story/10695024
FORT MYERS, Fla. - s4story -- Premier Mobile Health Services, a nonprofit mobile medical clinic that brings essential health care to those in need at multiple locations across Lee and Collier counties, will host a free community health and distribution event on Saturday, June 13, at Suncoast Community Center, 2241 Case Lane, North Fort Myers.
The free event will take place from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. and will offer free health screenings for families, along with the distribution of essential supplies, including diapers, baby wipes, portable playpens, car seats, non-perishable food, clothing and sunscreen. Available items are subject to change and are until supplies last.
The community event is designed to increase access to health care services and connect local families with resources that support overall health and well-being.
"We're grateful for this opportunity to bring health care services and much-needed resources directly to families in the North Fort Myers community," said Dr. Nadine "Deanie" Singh, founder and CEO of Premier Mobile Health Services. "By partnering with local organizations and meeting people where they are, we can help remove barriers to care and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our neighbors."

Individuals interested in receiving a health screening must preregister by Tuesday, June 9. Community organizations and vendors are also invited to participate in the event.
To preregister for a health screening or inquire about vendor opportunities, call 239-266-0674 or email Outreach@PremierMobileHealth.org.

Lack of insurance should never prevent individuals from seeking care. Premier Mobile Health Services screenings are supported by the Florida Department of Health through the Cinotti Health Care Screening Grant Program and are provided at no cost to Florida residents who qualify under 200% of the federal poverty guidelines. Screenings include cancer, diabetes, hypertension and heart disease, as well as scoliosis screenings for children ages 11-19.
