This update is designed to better reflect the different contexts in which 360-degree feedback is used, and to support more appropriate application across corporate and industrial work environments.
Psychometrics 360 is optimized for leaders working in office-based or corporate environments. The assessment supports development-focused feedback and is commonly used in leadership development, coaching, and professional growth initiatives.
Psychometrics 360 Industrial is developed for leaders working in environments where physical and environmental safety are key priorities. The assessment emphasizes clear, observable workplace behaviours relevant to operational and safety-sensitive settings.
