S For Story/10695227
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - s4story -- The Republican National Hispanic Assembly of Florida (RNHA Florida) is expanding its leadership team as part of its broader 2026 strategy to deepen engagement with Hispanic families and faith communities across the state. RNHAFL is developing specialized outreach and educational offerings for faith communities and families across the state, reinforcing our commitment to promoting civic participation and enhancing the role of faith in daily life.

For that purpose, we are proud to announce the appointment of Michelle Archival to the newly created role of Faith and Family Advisor, effective June 15th, 2026. In her new role, Michelle will advise RNHAFL Faith-based Initiatives on legislative guidelines for pastors and faith leaders regarding political activities they may legally engage in without jeopardizing their 501(c)(3) status. Archival will also continue the work she did as Education and Parental Rights Advisor, assisting with the creation of Micro Schools as a resource for homeschooling, including assistance with applications, business plans, and special funding.

"I continue to be impressed and inspired by Michelle Archival's dedication to faith, family, and education, and am blessed to have her passion and expertise on the Executive Committee. Michelle's lobbying and advocacy will be essential to RNHAFL as we enhance the role we play in guiding legislation in the coming legislative session and beyond as we develop our legislative priorities. Bilingual and deeply relational, Michelle is a natural bridge-builder, dedicated to helping others discover purpose, stand firm in truth, and live out their God-given calling," said Casanova.

In addition to her role with the RNHA of Florida, Michelle is Director of Strategic Partnerships for Covenant Journey Academy, where she expands access to Christ-centered education for families. As a faith-driven leader, devoted mother, and passionate advocate committed to truth, purpose, and impact, Michelle uses her voice to inspire, empower, and unite. Michelle is also Membership Chair for the Seminole Republican Women's Federated, Education, former Director of the Hispanic Christian Chamber, and serves on the board of Orlando Children's Church—reflecting her heart for investing in the next generation and strengthening connections between faith, business, and community leaders.
