Resilient Leadership LLC Announces 2026 Coach Certification Program to Combat Executive Burnout and Organizational Reactivity
S For Story/10686642
Elite training initiative offers 40 ICF Core Credits and mastery of the "Step-Down Transformer" model for high-stakes leadership environments.
ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. - s4story -- Resilient Leadership LLC has officially opened enrollment for its premier 2026 Virtual RL Coach Certification Program, a rigorous training initiative designed to equip executive coaches with the tools to navigate today's climate of escalating change and daunting uncertainty.
Scheduled to begin April 17, 2026, the program is built upon the recently expanded Resilient Leadership 2.0 framework. This updated methodology provides a sophisticated roadmap for coaches looking to help leaders move beyond high-stress reactivity and toward a "calming influence" within their organizations.
"In the wake of the transformative shifts we've seen since 2024, a standard coaching approach is no longer enough to meet the moment," says Marge Shonnard, Program Instructor and RL expert. "Today's leaders are often paralyzed by organizational reactivity and invisible 'toxic triangles' that stall even the best intentions. Our 2026 program is designed to move coaches beyond theory, empowering them to become 'Step-Down Transformers'—the steady presence capable of calming an entire system while staying deeply connected to their teams."
