Vitale, a serial entrepreneur, investor, and advocate for women-led businesses, has spent the past several years building and leading the DRA Family Office, investing in high-growth companies and strategic ventures. Her decision marks a new chapter focused on mission-driven impact.

Vitale plans to expand her philanthropic and nonprofit work through initiatives that support women entrepreneurs globally. A primary focus will be the continued growth of the Female Founders Institute, an organization dedicated to providing women founders with access to funding, mentorship, intellectual property strategy, and scalable business resources.

During her tenure at DRA Family Office, Vitale helped shape a disciplined investment approach centered on long-term value creation and strategic partnerships. Under her leadership, the firm built relationships across multiple industries while supporting entrepreneurs navigating the transition from early-stage growth to institutional capital.

While stepping down from day-to-day leadership, Vitale will remain supportive of the firm's long-term vision and relationships built over the years.
