Scandinavian XPO Has Chosen The Trade Fair Restaurant Group As Its Restaurateur
S For Story/10405969
It is now clear that Scandinavian XPO has chosen the trade fair restaurant group as its restaurateur. Scandinavian XPO is the new international meeting and event venue next to Arlanda. The new meeting destination will include three exhibition halls, conference areas, hotels and various facilities such as a training facility, shooting range and medical reception. The premises are suitable for up to 8,500 guests and all types of events and meetings.
- Good food and drink are a crucial part of the experience at an event, meeting or trade show. Now we know that we have a partner that already delivers high- level in many places. It feels safe and stable. Now we will jointly develop that experience further at Scandinavian XPO, the Nordic region's newest and closest meeting place, "says Staffan Littmarck, CEO of Scandinavian XPO.
The trade show restaurants group is currently operating in five different locations; Stockholm Fair in Älvsjö, Malmö Fair, Stockholm City Hall, Kulturhuset at Sergels Torg and at Engsholm Castle in Mörkö. During 2020-2021, operations will be expanded to include the Swedish pavilion at Expo2020 in Dubai which opens in October 2020 and Scandinavian XPO at Arlanda which opens in November 2020. It will be a busy year!

Maria Stridh, CEO of Trade Fair Restaurants, says:
- Sometimes it turns out so interesting and exciting things that it is obvious to say yes. Scandinavian XPO is such a mission and I am proud that we were asked. We have a great habit of running this type of business and are convinced that our experience can contribute to really good and of course good guest experiences in everything from small meetings to really big gala dinners. In addition, going into a business north of town with other target groups and events than the ones we do today feels developing. We are already working with several different principals and are now adding another principal to our network of partners.
The site manager for the fair's restaurant at XPO will be Johan Stridh, the fourth generation of the Stridh / Johansson family, who is the owner of the Fair restaurants group.
