PAWTUCKET, R.I. - s4story -- Pawtucket, RI – Following the success of the first collection of stories in Shining A Light on Grief, author Susan Lataille immediately saw the need for more. As Diane Caine, a contributing author to the first volume of Shining a Light on Grief, states in her foreword to volume two, "Grieving is hard, it's messy, and there is no right or wrong way to learn to live with it."
In Shining a Light on Grief, Real Women Sharing Real Stories of Love and Loss Volume Two, Lataille has collected together ten new authors who help bring what many perceive as a dark topic to light. Through the words of those who have lived it, this collection of original stories helps readers identify and feel their own emotions, explains the importance of finding the time to devote to self-care, and helps the reader find the inspiration to act and learn to live with grief.

The ten new heartfelt stories in Volume Two are authentic, unique, and told from the heart. Each story offers a different perspective that can be heartbreaking, but in the end, they each offer the reader an abundance of hope.

On Thursday, June 8, Susan, along with a number of the book's contributors, will be signing books and discussing their stories at Stillwater Books, 175 Main Street, Pawtucket, RI at 6 PM. This special event is free and open to the public.
Susan Lataille has had her own experience with grief after the loss of her son. She knows first-hand that grieving is a process that can take you by storm and impact every part of your life.
