ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - s4story -- Sheraton Albuquerque Uptown Hotel will host the 12th Annual SCARE-a-ton Charity Carnival on Halloween, in partnership with Locker #505 Clothing Bank of Bernalillo County. Admission to the Carnival is either a new package of socks or underwear as a donation or pay only $1.00! There will be games, prizes, costume contests and concessions galore! All proceeds will go to benefit Locker #505!
"The Albuquerque Uptown community is rapidly expanding, and is quickly becoming the most vibrant part of the city. Sheraton Albuquerque Uptown welcomes opportunities to partner with our local businesses and organizations while finding ways to give back. The 12th annual Sheraton SCARE-a-ton, benefitting Locker #505, does just that! By donating all proceeds from the event directly to the organization we are able to assist as many kids and families with school clothing."- Damen Kompanowski, General Manager.

During the event, children can trick-or-treat on the 2nd floor, visit our haunted house, play several carnival games while visiting various booths in our ballroom carnival! Local businesses have sponsored these rooms, booths & games, and will be handing out prizes and candy. Additionally, there will a cakewalk and tasty carnival themed snacks along with tons of giveaways plus various costume contests! The annual event brings in 800-1,000 people each year.
