LOUIS - s4story -- Simploy, a St. Louis-based professional employer organization (PEO), has been named a winner of ClearlyRated's Best of HR Services Award for Client Satisfaction for the fifth consecutive year, earning the prestigious 5-Year Gold designation. The annual award recognizes HR services firms that have proven superior service quality based entirely on third-party validated survey responses from clients.

Simploy's 2026 results outpaced industry benchmarks across every measure. The company earned a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 79.7%, compared to a Best of HR Services average of 54.0% and an HR Services industry average of 48.0%. Nearly 84% of surveyed Simploy clients identified as Promoters — rating the firm a 9 or 10 on the likelihood-to-recommend scale — well above the industry's top-performing firms at 69% and the broader industry at 58%.

The survey, independently administered and validated by ClearlyRated, drew responses from 75 Simploy clients and produced a 27% response rate, more than five times the 5% industry average. Clients gave Simploy an average overall score of 9.4 out of 10, with consistently high marks across the five service drivers that most influence client satisfaction:
  • 91.9% said Simploy always returns phone calls and emails within 24 hours
  • 90.5% said Simploy always has a thorough understanding of their needs
  • 89.0% said Simploy always delivers high-quality, error-free work
  • 86.3% said Simploy's services are always a good value, given the cost
  • 83.8% said Simploy is always proactive in helping them
