A panel of judges selected the 50 awardees based on civic engagement, contributions to the company, and career achievement.

Aftab will be recognized with an award on-stage at HBJ's Most Admired CEO Awards Luncheon. In conjunction with the award ceremony, HBJ will publish a special section that will be included in the August 25th edition of the print publication.

In addition to his business achievements, Aftab is a dedicated philanthropist deeply involved in the Houston community. He founded the Hajra Begum and the Justice Waheeduddin Ahmed Meal Program at Amanaah Refugee Services in Houston. In 2022, the program provided 101 families with food assistance.
