Slipaway Food Truck Park & Marina to host weekly mat Pilates classes

CAPE CORAL, Fla. - s4story -- Slipaway Food Truck Park & Marina is offering guests a relaxing way to start their weekends with its mat Pilates classes every Saturday morning.
Classes will be held weekly from September through December and will feature a rotation of different local studios leading the 45-minute session. Designed for all ages and experience levels, the class includes mat-based activities that are low-impact and community-friendly. Participating studios include Club Pilates, Drip Pilates, Fuego Pilates, P³ Pilates and Rise Pilates.
September and October classes will run from 8:45 to 9:30 a.m., and November and December classes will run from 9 to 9:45 a.m. Classes will not be held on Oct. 31, Nov. 28 or Dec. 26 due to the holidays.
Tickets are $25 per person and include the class and a mimosa or mocktail. Participants are encouraged to bring their own reusable water bottle and sweat towel.
