Held at the SMX Convention Center last August 1 – 4, 2018, Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila's master chefs secured multiple awards in the PCC's Professional Division.

Led by Executive Chef Nicholas Shadbolt and under the instruction of team leaders Chinese Chef Michale Tai and Sous Chef Regine Lee, the Sofitel culinary team brought home 23 medals. With 2 months of grueling preparation and Sofitel's commitment to culinary excellence, the team was comprised of 26 chefs from the hotel's renowned dining destinations including Spiral, Le Bar, Snaps Sports Bar and Club Millésime's Club Lounge.

The Philippine Culinary Cup is the most prestigious culinary competition in the Philippines providing Filipino chefs with an internationally recognized platform to showcase their talents.
