Solid Earth and Alaska MLS Launch RealtyID™ and SSO Dashboard for Alaska Real Estate Professionals
S For Story/10703733
DENVER - s4story -- Solid Earth today announced the launch of RealtyID™ and Single Sign-On (SSO) experience with AKMLS, also known as Alaska MLS, the broker-owned multiple listing service serving real estate professionals across Alaska.
"Alaska real estate is unique, but not invincible to the issues that every MLS in the country faces on a daily basis, which is security, fraud, and maintaining trust," said Michael Smith, CEO of AKMLS. "Through this launch and partnership, we're excited to bring RealtyID™ to our real estate professionals so that they can continue to serve our buyers and sellers in the most trusted environment in real estate."
The launch builds on the existing Solid Earth and AKMLS partnership, which was announced earlier this year to support AKMLS with a more connected dashboard and website platform for members and consumers across Alaska. Through that agreement, AKMLS set out to improve usability, strengthen digital infrastructure, and create a more seamless path between the tools real estate professionals use every day and the public-facing experience for consumers.
With the launch of Solid Earth's Realty™ and SSO technology, AKMLS members now have a more centralized and secure way to access the systems, tools, and resources that support their daily work. The launch is designed to reduce login friction, strengthen identity management, and create a cleaner foundation for the member experience.

"Security and usability should not be competing priorities for MLSs," said Eric Stegemann, CEO of Solid Earth. "The goal is to make access easier for members while giving the organization stronger identity infrastructure underneath. With AKMLS, we're helping create a more secure, connected environment that supports the way real estate professionals actually work."
Solid Earth's RealtyID™ and SSO platform is designed specifically for MLSs, associations, and their technology vendors, while also accommodating enterprise brokerages. The system centralizes authentication and access across key tools and resources, helping members move through their daily technology environment with less friction, giving MLS organizations a stronger foundation for identity, security, and vendor connectivity.
For AKMLS, the launch represents another step toward a more unified digital experience for Alaska real estate professionals. The organization operates both the AlaskaRealEstate.com consumer home search experience and the AKMLS member portal at AKMLS.com.
Solid Earth recently introduced RealtyID™, its universal identity spine designed to create one secure identity record per human while connecting login, licensing, access, and data integrity across MLS and brokerage systems. RealtyID™ extends Solid Earth's identity strategy beyond authentication and into a broader foundation for secure access, licensing workflows, dashboards, billing, MCP servers, AI-connected systems, and future MLS infrastructure.

"Every MLS is thinking about modernization, but modernization starts with access," Stegemann said. "If members cannot get into the right tools securely and easily, everything else becomes harder. IdP and SSO are foundational because they connect the member experience to the security and identity controls MLSs need for the future. Know before you open the door."
