For the past 5 years, Mike has focused on helping people acquire and sell businesses as an independent affiliate office owner. Mike has represented buyers and sellers and has helped owners maximize the value of their transaction, primarily within the manufacturing industry. He has earned the accreditation of a Certified Value Builder Advisor to help business owners position their business for a sale or acquisition.

Prior to Sun Acquisitions, Mike developed a broad experience serving the manufacturing industry. He worked at a Division of Dow Chemical, GE Plastics, and Ashland Chemical within the Injection/Blow Molding and Extrusion Market in the Midwest. Mike also has extensive experience in the industrial real estate market assisting tenants and landlords with leasing and buy/sell agreements.
