NAPLES, Fla. - s4story -- The Supper Club at the Vanderbilt Shoppes is celebrating the height of the season with its Late Summer Tasting Experience, available now through Aug. 30 on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings from 5 to 8:30 p.m. Guests may choose between a four-course or seven-course tasting menu, each highlighting peak-summer ingredients and paired with wines from acclaimed producers around the world.
Menu selections begin with lighter, garden-fresh plates, including tuna carpaccio with roasted apricot, burrata mousse, white balsamic gel, Marcona almonds and tarragon pistou; lump crab cakes with summer corn velouté, heirloom tomato, cornbread crumble, manchego and chives; and roasted halibut with compressed cantaloupe, ajo blanco, lemon oil, frozen yogurt snow and brioche.
Additional offerings include a falafel pancake with beet hummus, cucumber, harissa vinaigrette, spiced chickpea, cauliflower and cilantro, as well as chicken cappelletti with roasted poblano, sungold tomato butter, parmesan espuma, zucchini and peppers.
Heartier selections showcase braised beef cheek with scallion and potato cake, confit and smoked tomato and caramelized onion jus; pork backrib with charred peach mostarda, pickled watermelon, bourbon barbeque and polenta cake; and veal breast roulade with ratatouille terrine, basil and pine nut pistou, tomato Provençale, and black olive purée.

The evening concludes with a dessert choice of peaches and cream, featuring peach crémeux, almond cake, marinated peach and nectarine and buttermilk ice cream, or the "s'more s'more" with toasted marshmallow, graham cracker ice cream and milk chocolate.
Each course is complemented by an optional wine pairing showcasing boutique producers from Italy, France, Lebanon, Greece, Spain and the United States, including selections from Piedmont, Burgundy, the Beqaa Valley, Priorat, Paso Robles and Walla Walla.
The Late Summer Tasting Experience is priced at $95 per guest for the four-course menu and $125 per guest for the seven-course menu, excluding tax and gratuity. Optional wine pairings are available for $50 per guest with the four-course menu and $65 per guest with the seven-course menu. Reservations are required, and space is limited.
