The Railyard Introduces Executive Chef Jared Miller
S For Story/10707576
New chef launches Holiday Meals to Go this season and a monthly regional chef's dinner series in 2027
ELKINS, W.Va. - s4story -- The Railyard Event & Conference Center is proud to introduce Executive Chef Jared Miller, whose culinary background combines New York roots, Bermudian family influences, classical training and experience in restaurants and catering. As executive chef, Miller brings his passion for food and hospitality to the downtown Elkins venue. Miller is already putting that passion to work with two new offerings: holiday meals to go and a chef's dinner series launching in 2027.
Holiday Meals to Go are fully cooked, heat-and-serve meals available for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Eve. Thanksgiving orders are due by Wednesday, Nov. 18. Meals serve five to 25 guests and start at $129. Order by calling 304-568-3030.
The Dining Car Series launches in January 2027. Each monthly dinner is a "stop" in a different American region, with a menu that is Miller's own take on that region's cooking, built around West Virginia ingredients. Tickets are on sale now at tickets.therailyardwv.com.

Miller's background combines New York roots, Bermudian family influences, classical training and experience in restaurants and catering. Born and raised in New York, he learned to cook from his parents. His father's New York-style cooking and his mother's Bermudian island flavors taught him early that food celebrates culture and connects people.
A friendly rivalry with his sister, who enrolled in culinary school first, pushed Miller to pursue formal training of his own. He graduated from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Orlando, Florida.
His experience includes roles at P.F. Chang's, Bonefish Grill, Huntsville Hospital Catering in Huntsville, Alabama, and Terranova's Italian Restaurant. He also co-founded Heaven Dijore Catering Services with chef Geneva Smith and Cajun Cravins Food Truck & Catering Services with chef Cedric Juneric.
"Every dish has a story, every flavor has a purpose, and every meal is an opportunity to create a memory," Miller said. "I can't wait to create those memories with the people of Elkins, whether it's around their holiday table or ours at The Railyard."
