The addition of Brambier's will allow Ver-Tex to reach more customers and offer greater flexibility regarding deliveries, installation appointments and product options.

This acquisition comes as a result of Ver-Tex's long-term success serving New England and Florida and is the first major step to expanding the company's services to include Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, the Carolinas and Florida.

• Virtual assets - While all current contact information will remain unchanged, the appearance of all social media, email signatures and other virtual assets will reflect the new branding.
