We are Allocated a Limited amount of Time to complete a Lifetime of Work. Don't Waste a Moment
S For Story/10536563
Death is an enigma, an assault on the very essence of life and time as we know it—an enemy not influenced or swayed by age, social status, creed or ethnicity

Life has a beginning and an ending.
Somewhere between these pauses lies our length of days.
Imagine, if you will the hands of a clock as they tick away the minutes of the hour.
Although you could interrupt their movement with your fingers, in real life, time is not as easily affected by our actions or inaction.
In this book we examine thirteen areas of life that we refer to as 'time wasters':

'It's Not My Fault'!
If life is time and time is life, then why are we constantly running out of it?
The reality is, death is as much a part of life as life is a part of death.
With this event repeating some 178,000 times each day, you would think we be more prepared for it, but that's not the case.
We somehow live under the illusion that if we don't think or talk about it, it makes it more palatable.
I guess that explains why we waste so much precious time on meaningless pursuits.

A few years ago, when David Cassidy died (November 21, 2017), it caused me to reevaluate my thoughts on time, life and even death.
I mention him in the context of his final words to his daughter Katie, 'So Much Wasted Time'.
Those four simple, yet powerful words instantly went viral over the Social Media channels.
We can sum up life in eight words, 'A momentary speck between the ripples of time'.
At death you breathe in and then breathe out.
You then stare as your last breath rises upwards and then disappears.
James Langston faithfully served his country in the navy for 27 years before writing the final chapter of his career in April 2003.
He is a husband, a father, a grandfather and senior pastor of the Pilgrim Outreach Ministries, International.
James and his wife Cecilia have been married for more than 43 years.
The Langston's have six children and fifteen grandchildren.
