CARY, N.C. - s4story -- The Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC) today announced that ACHC International's hospital standards have earned accreditation from the International Society for Quality in Health Care External Evaluation Association (ISQua EEA), providing independent recognition of the standards' rigor and focus on healthcare quality and patient safety.

The accreditation, which extends from 2026 through 2030, follows an independent assessment of ACHC International's hospital standards against ISQua EEA's Guidelines and Principles for the Development of Health and Social Care Standards. The review, conducted by a global team of peer surveyors, evaluates supporting evidence for alignment with ISQua EEA principles across areas including person-centered care, safety and risk management, and quality performance.
