ACTIQO Launches Free Research Hub to Help Parents Navigate the Cost & Pressure of Kids' Activities
S For Story/10704707
And The Little Ones Too turns the research behind ACTIQO into a free public resource covering youth sports, extracurricular costs, family time, burnout, specialization and activity decisions.
DETROIT - s4story -- ACTIQO, a family activity intelligence platform, has launched And The Little Ones Too, a free, evidence-led research resource for parents navigating youth sports and children's activities.
The publication grew out of research conducted while building ACTIQO. As the company studied how families manage extracurricular activities, the same questions repeatedly surfaced: What do youth sports really cost? How much time do activities consume? When should children start organized sports? How many activities are too many? And what does research say about burnout and early specialization?
Answers exist, but they are often scattered across academic studies, national surveys, medical guidance and industry reports. And The Little Ones Too brings that research together and translates it into accessible resources for parents.

"Building ACTIQO required us to understand much more than schedules," said Alec Bantel, founder of ACTIQO. "We kept researching the time, cost, driving and decisions surrounding kids' activities. We realized that information could help parents whether or not they ever use ACTIQO, so we decided to make it publicly available."
At launch, the publication covers youth sports participation, costs, family time, starting ages, recreational versus travel sports, activity load, burnout, specialization and decisions about when to leave an activity. Articles identify their sources and distinguish reported findings from editorial analysis.
The project also reflects a broader insight behind ACTIQO: an activity may last an hour, but the coordination surrounding it can affect an entire family's week.
And The Little Ones Too is owned and published by ACTIQO and is freely available at andthelittleonestoo.com.
