Adriana Ibara Announces Debut Album Dancing With Emily Dickinson
S For Story/10677859
NASHVILLE, Tenn. - s4story -- Rising country artist Adriana Ibara is set to make her highly anticipated debut with Dancing With Emily Dickinson, a concept album that is a heartfelt and literary-inspired collection arriving November 17, 2025.
Blending the storytelling traditions of country music with the lyrical grace of 19th-century poetry, Dancing With Emily Dickinson features 11 tracks inspired by the timeless words of Emily Dickinson. Each song captures the poet's themes of love, loss, faith, and freedom through Ibara's warm, soulful voice and intimate acoustic arrangements.
A proud Austin, Texas native and the daughter of Mexican immigrants, Ibara brings a fresh perspective to Nashville's storied scene — one that honors heritage, language, and the power of women's voices in country music. "I've always felt that Dickinson's poetry sings," says Ibara. "Her words are quiet but powerful — much like country music at its best. This album is my way of letting her poems dance."

This album will introduce and inspire a whole new generation to Dickinson's poetry written almost 200 years ago. The record opens with "Emily," a touching tribute written by Ibara's longtime collaborator David Rorie, known for his work on Alex Isaacs' Life As You See It. The song sets the tone for an album that balances poetic sensitivity with down-home authenticity, reminding listeners why storytelling remains the heart of country music.
With lush production, acoustic warmth, and poetic depth, Dancing With Emily Dickinson establishes Adriana Ibara as one of country music's most promising new voices. Available now
