Northwestern Mutual-Chicago's Career Development Program is designed for recent graduates that enable young professionals to grow their skills, gain knowledge and expertise to serve as the foundation of a career as a financial representative through extensive training, coaching and mentoring.

Schiff joined Northwestern Mutual in 2017 as an Office Administrator and was named an Internship Coordinator in 2019, a position she held until being promoted to this new role. She has earned a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and Development from National Lewis University and a Bachelor's degree in Family and Consumer Science from Eastern Illinois University.
