HONG KONG - April 15, 2018 - s4story -- America 2030 Capital Limited secured contracts for two large stock loans.

The $20M securities backed loan (SBL) was arranged for the majority shareholder of a Chinese Real Estate Company with its stock listed on the Hong Kong and Shenzhen stock exchange as China Connect, whereby the shares of the same company trade on both stock exchanges.

The stock loan originated by the stock loan division of America 2030 Capital Limited was for a major Chinese Electronics Company who's shares also trade on China Connect boards, of both the Hong Kong and the Shanghai stock exchanges.  The firm had bonds which were maturing at 9% and wished to lower its cost of financing long term debt. It chose America 2030 Capital to secure funding for the stock loan deals.

Both stock loans borrowers executed contracts in less than 30 days. America 2030 hopes to close and fund these transactions within few weeks.
