YUMA, Ariz. - s4story -- "THE PERFECTION PARADOX", by Jeffrey A. Kramer, addresses the addiction of perfectionism from a lay person's perspective. Kramer knows all too well how debilitating an addiction to the ideal can be. After a lifetime pursuing perfection, he broke free from its grip, and now he wants to help others do the same. Using stories from Kramer's own life, in The Perfection Paradox, readers discover:

• How good intentions and efforts can lead to a perfectionism addiction.
• The effects of perfectionism on yourself and those around you.
• A path to understanding and living with perfectionism in a way that serves you rather than enslaves you.
• Tips and strategies to minimize or overcome the effects of perfectionism.

The greatest reward Kramer has experienced is hearing from readers who have thanked him for his transparency, and expressed how the book has helped them with their own perfectionism struggles.  Are you ready to escape the paradox? If so, the author invites you to take imperfect action and escape to excellence today!  Learn more about the book on The Perfection Paradox Book website.

Kary Oberbrunner, founder of Igniting Souls Publishing Agency and the Author Elite Awards, said "Four years ago, we launched an experiment called the Author Elite Awards. We've attracted many of the best authors around the world to celebrate a force that creates life change in our society—books and the authors who write them. In our noisy world, books offer a unique appeal—the ability to lose ourselves in a story. Nothing else provides such transcendence."

Authors of all kinds—indie (self-published), traditional, or collaborative published—have been named finalists for the award in one of twelve categories. Finalists are reviewed and evaluated on popular vote, social contribution, and overall presentation (cover, content, flow, and originality).
