Christopher Lee Maher is a former Navy SEAL turned holistic health, wellness, and longevity expert. At 22, he was in peak physical condition—lean, fit, and at the top of his athletic game—but despite outward appearances, he was unaware of how deeply stored stress was affecting his body, mind, and spirit. After his time in the SEALs, he tried to pursue his dream of competing in the Olympic Trials, but health issues—joint pain, hearing loss, vision problems, exhaustion—intervened. These experiences led him to ask why someone so physically capable could feel so depleted.
