THE TITAN WAS TALL is set in Manhattan and follows CEO Red MacLellan as he attempts to stabilize the finances of a small publishing house his company has recently acquired. His discovery that one author's success has single-handedly kept the business afloat underlines his desire to keep the woman both happy and on board.

Though she is critical to the success of the project, Red can't help falling for her. Piper possesses every quality he never thought he'd find in a woman, so he convinces himself he can handle the conflict of interest. All goes according to plan until Red learns an exceedingly inconvenient detail about why Piper's publisher was doing so poorly in the first place. Reluctantly, he decides to keep it a secret until he can arrange a practical solution to the problem.

However, when a disgruntled employee leaks the damning information to the press, Piper's deep sense of betrayal prevents her from giving Red the benefit of the doubt. It takes all Red's skill in the boardroom to fix the mess and win Piper back, but once he does, their happy-ever-after is worth every moment of strife.

Other titles in the TRIPLE THREAT series will include THE DOCTOR WAS DARK, releasing in the summer of 2019; and THE HERO WAS HANDSOME, due out in the fall of 2019.
