Bay Street Yard announces lineup of Halloween festivities

FORT MYERS, Fla. - s4story -- Bay Street Yard, downtown Fort Myers' popular outdoor entertainment venue, is hosting a series of spooky Halloween festivities to celebrate the holiday.
The thrill begins on Saturday, Oct. 24, with Hallow Groove from 5 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. The haunted disco will feature live entertainment, food and drink specials, art vendors and more. The fun continues Tuesday, Oct. 27, from 5 to 11 p.m. with an outdoor Halloween movie night on the jumbo screen. Families can enjoy a PG-rated film, along with popcorn, goodie bags and arts & crafts, with Halloweentown from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Later in the evening, Bay Street Yard will show Hubie Halloween from 8:30 to 10:15 p.m. for more mature audiences.
On Halloween night, Oct. 31, Bay Street Yard will host its Halloween Bash with performances from DJ Julz (Hoolz) from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. and Ian Kelley from 9:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. There will also be a costume contest, so guests are encouraged to come in their best Halloween attire. There will be two prizes for the winners, including a gift card package valued at $500 and a swag bag valued at $100.

General admission is free, and the venue offers seating for over 300 guests with two full-service bars and a variety of outdoor games such as cornhole, ping pong and more. VIP suites are available upstairs at The Loft for groups of 10-26 people with a $40-60 minimum food and beverage spend per person. Bottle service is also available to VIP guests. - Witches Brew ($10): Tito's Vodka, lemon-lime Gatorade and Sprite
- Non-Alcoholic Island Monster ($10): Sprite, Coco Lopez, pineapple juice, orange juice and a splash of lime
- Non-Alcoholic Little Potion Punch ($10): Ginger Ale, lime juice and cranberry juice
