Synopsis: The Inter-Planetary Council, under the watchful eye of Premier Theodora, had grown in size and membership. It was a source of power with a large fleet of battleships and personnel ready to follow the orders to fulfill the purpose of protecting the citizens in the Plestion galaxy. Over time, the IPC had become a symbol of unity and security. At the height of the overwhelming feeling of peace and protection an unforeseen change occurred. The arrival of a mysterious stranger was the catalyst in a vile plot to undermine the leadership of the IPC. The stranger, Razardo, used the laws, regulations, and procedures against the premier and her allies to weaken their position among the council members. Using the aspirations of the misguided, he quickly rose up through the ranks of the council gaining the power and authority to remove any obstacles that stood in between him and his goal.

The organization that was formed to protect the citizens of the galaxy had succumbed to the will of this one individual. Razardo had eliminated the council members and seized control of all the IPC's resources while he ascended to the role of dictator while proclaiming himself to be the Supreme Commander. Now the very ships that had once been assembled to safeguard the galaxy were dispatched to several planets in pursuit of individuals considered to be a threat to the new regime. It was the start of a new era for the Plestion Galaxy and all who inhabited it.
Gregg Brown worked in many positions in the corporate world before he transitioned to become a middle school teacher. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Mercer University and later earned a Master of Arts in Teaching from Lagrange College. He is a Georgia native and continues to reside there.
His first book in the Heir to the Throne series was released in 2017 receiving much acclaim in the market and establishing Gregg as a recognized author in the literary world. Continued reader demand spawned Heir to the Throne II and III and now Heir to the Throne IV
