MOUNT LAUREL, N.J. - s4story -- For over 20 years, Brother Marcus (Marcus Cleavon Smith) has used the power of the microphone to inspire audiences across the airwaves. Now, he is expanding that mission with his powerful podcast, "The Elements of Inspiration."
With a career spanning two decades in broadcasting, Brother Marcus has interviewed an impressive range of voices from music, politics, faith, and culture. His conversations have included legendary hip-hop pioneers like Darryl McDaniels of Run-DMC, gospel icon Kirk Franklin, and Christian recording artist Zac Williams, along with governors and prominent political leaders who have shaped conversations in communities across America.
Brother Marcus built a respected name in radio during his eight-year tenure with Radio One, on Praise 103.9, reaching thousands of listeners with faith-centered programming. Throughout his career, he has continued to expand his media footprint, working with outlets including WIFI 1460 AM and more.

Brother Marcus is also an author. His book, The Elements of Inspiration, is a 30-day devotional. He has also authored a children's book titled Radio Boy, a story about overcoming personal challenges and discovering the power of music and communication.
He also contributes as a writer for The Scoop USA Newspaper, a historic publication serving readers over 60 years.
