The 46th Annual Builders Home & Remodeling Show, presented by James Hardie, returns to St. Charles Convention Center October 2-4. The Show, produced by the Home Builders Association of St. Louis, is free to attend.
ST. CHARLES, Mo. - s4story -- People want their home to be their happy place, with spaces that fulfill all their needs. Many homeowners dream of updates, from newer designs to improved functionality. The Home Show is a great resource for products, services and local experts to help with these updates.
Visitors can find what they need for their homes, inside and out, including kitchens and baths, decks, fencing, windows, siding, doors, landscaping, pools, spas and much more. Attendees can save time visiting multiple companies in one location, compare products side-by-side and get started on their home improvements!
The holidays are coming soon and show visitors can attend demonstrations at the Holiday Design Stage. Elizabeth Fichter, local flower grower and botanical artist, will teach people how to create beautiful tablescapes using seasonal florals and incorporating everyday items in creative ways to elevate their holiday decorating.

The Show is always a fun family day out. Don't miss Dog Shows by Sit Means Sit. Kids can also have fall fun with pumpkin painting and the huge inflatable haunted obstacle course.
The Party Flavors Sampling Event has local foods and beverages to try and buy, great for upcoming party menus and perfect for unique gifts. The Spa & Swim Spa Blowout Sale, sponsored by Spas and More!, offers savings of 30-50% off regular retail prices on a variety of models.

The Home & Remodeling Show gives area residents the chance to discover the latest home products and services all under one roof! Visitors can bring their plans and ideas, have their questions answered by the experts, and find what they need to get those home projects done.
