Founder George Mackiewicz Begins Transition Towards Retirement After Building Leading ERP Consultancy Over 44 Years
HARWINTON, Conn. - s4story -- CAL Business Solutions, a leading ERP and business management consulting firm, today announced a transition in company leadership as founder George Mackiewicz begins the process of retiring after over four decades building the firm. Mackiewicz will remain involved in an advisory capacity, while Stacey Poll and John DiLeo are the new principal owners to continue driving the company's strategic vision and success.
"It's been an incredible journey building CAL Business Solutions from the ground up over the past 44 years," said George Mackiewicz, Founder of CAL Business Solutions. "I'm very grateful for the amazing team, loyal clients, and industry partners who have made our growth possible. As I look towards retirement, I'm thrilled to pass the torch to Stacey and John - two outstanding leaders who deeply understand our core values and are ideally positioned to take CAL to new heights."

Poll and DiLeo have a combined 29 years of leadership experience at CAL across Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Dynamics 365 Business Central, and multiple industries. Their contributions spanning solution architecture, strategic advisory, operational excellence, and client success delivery have been instrumental in the firm's performance and growth.
"George has been an incredible mentor, and on behalf of the entire CAL team, we wish him all the best as he begins his well-deserved retirement," said Stacey Poll and John DiLeo, incoming Principal Owners at CAL Business Solutions.
