The Oxnard, California based credit union's Experience Team recently received a number of high marks via customer surveys. CBC is part of a national Net Promoter Score (NPS) Survey coalition called The Member Loyalty Group, which focuses on the top credit unions nation-wide.

According to CBC Credit Union's President and CEO Rick Weber, CBC finished as the top credit union in the country in the "Overall New Member Experience" category out of all 106 credit unions.

The organization also placed second in the category "Overall Score for New Product Experience" and high marks for categories "Overall Satisfaction for Branch Experience and "Overall Satisfaction for Call Center," according to Weber.
