The site is a community guide designed for optimal modernization to streamline the process for couples getting married in Clark County, also known as the Wedding Capital of the World.

The platform provides an efficient roadmap for navigating Marriage License Bureau requirements. As an add on feature the site includes an interactive game where users simulate the experience of filing papers to achieve a high score.

"This is simply a community guide as an example of 'optimal modernization' to help streamline the process of what couples need to get married" said Miller. "I have also included an interactive game where people can simulate filing papers to beat their previous high scores. The focus is on providing a functional guide that solves the immediate needs of the public."
