McLaughlin, promoted to Head of Production earlier this year, joined Cogs & Marvel in 2022. Her background spans experiential, virtual production, television, film and digital content, including StudioCanal, Amazon Business, Virgin Media Ireland and BBC Worldwide.
Alan Doyle, CEO at Cogs & Marvel, said:
"Cogs & Marvel is entering an important stage of growth, and these appointments give us the senior leadership, creative depth and commercial focus we need to build with intent.
Hina, Terry and Amanda each bring serious experience from some of the most respected agencies in our industry. Eliza is an exceptional homegrown talent. They all understand what it takes to deliver work that is strategically sharp, creatively strong and operationally sound. Their appointments strengthen the team at exactly the right moment."
Hina Mistry said:
"What stood out to me about Cogs & Marvel from the very beginning was a people-first culture built on listening to understand before moving to solutions. That approach creates real clarity, strong relationships and an environment where talented people can do their best work. I'm looking forward to helping shape the next stage of growth across EMEA, building trusted client partnerships and ensuring we continue to deliver work that is creatively ambitious and meaningful for the people it reaches."
