ConnectNeighbors.com Launches Free Nationwide REALTOR® Referral Search Service
S For Story/10703264
New service helps real estate professionals find REALTORS® by state, city and neighborhood—and lets agents claim available cities and neighborhoods at no cost.
SAHUARITA, Ariz. - s4story -- ConnectNeighbors.com has launched a new, free nationwide REALTOR® referral search designed to help real estate professionals find local agents to serve clients moving to communities across the United States.
The new service is available at:
https://ConnectNeighbors.com/referrals
Real estate professionals can use the search to find a REALTOR® for a client referral, while REALTORS® can use the same service to find and claim available cities and neighborhoods they serve—at no cost.
Users select a state and city and can optionally narrow the search to a specific neighborhood. If a REALTOR® has claimed that city or neighborhood, the search identifies the registered agent representing the area. If the market is still available, a REALTOR® serving that community can claim it.

Unlike traditional agent directories that may return numerous agents within the same market, ConnectNeighbors is built around geographic exclusivity. Each city and neighborhood can be represented by an individual REALTOR® on a first-come, first-served basis.
There is no cost for REALTORS® to participate or claim an available city or neighborhood.
"Real estate professionals frequently have clients, friends and family members moving to communities where they don't personally know a REALTOR®," said John Backer, founder of ConnectNeighbors.com. "Our goal is to make it easy to search the actual city or neighborhood where someone is moving and find a REALTOR® who serves that community. At the same time, agents can claim the markets they serve so other REALTORS® can find them for future referrals."
The neighborhood-level search can be particularly useful when local knowledge matters. Instead of finding an agent somewhere within a large metropolitan area, a referring REALTOR® can search the specific city or neighborhood where a client plans to buy or sell.

For participating REALTORS®, the service provides another way to be discovered by real estate professionals outside their market who have clients relocating to their area.

REALTORS® can visit https://ConnectNeighbors.com/referrals to find a referral partner or search the cities and neighborhoods they serve. If an area is available, they can claim it at no cost. Markets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
