Curran Young Construction begins Fort Myers office expansion for Cole, Scott & Kissane
S For Story/10705844
BONITA SPRINGS, Fla. - s4story -- Curran Young Construction began work on an approximately 5,000-square-foot expansion of Cole, Scott & Kissane's Fort Myers office, growing the statewide law firm's local presence.
Located at 5220 Summerlin Commons Blvd., the interior renovation will extend the firm's existing offices across the entire second floor. The project is within a fully occupied five-story office building, with work coordinated to minimize interruptions to normal business operations.
"Expanding an existing workplace requires understanding not only how the client uses the space today, but how that space can continue serving them moving forward," said Chris Curran, chief executive officer of Curran Young. "For Cole, Scott & Kissane, this project builds on an established workplace while giving its Fort Myers team more room within the location it already occupies."

The renovation includes updates to the firm's break room, with backsplash tile, quartz countertops and luxury vinyl plank flooring.
Cole, Scott & Kissane is Florida's largest full-service civil litigation firm, with more than 550 attorneys across 12 offices statewide. The Fort Myers location is part of the firm's growing presence on Florida's Gulf Coast, which also includes an office in Bonita Springs.
